We agree acceptance criteria before the build and evaluate the model and surrounding application together. That includes ordinary inputs, ambiguous cases, permissions, integration failures and staff review. Outstanding limitations are recorded for the release decision.
The agreed application code, setup and deployment documentation, test findings and a record of third-party dependencies. We also identify which accounts, source data and ongoing tasks your team will own. Further maintenance can be agreed separately.
