What the consultancy covers
The scope depends on the decision you need to make. We can assess a proposed project, review an existing brief or investigate an operational process. Where the requirements are already clear, we focus on the unresolved questions rather than repeating discovery.
Discuss your requirementsData access and integration constraints
Identify the source systems, access permissions and data quality issues that could affect delivery. Check supplier API limits, existing application architecture and any dependency on other teams.
Evaluation and operating assumptions
Agree how a proposed solution would be judged: acceptable output quality, review effort, response times and running costs. Record assumptions that need testing before a build is commissioned.
Delivery options and responsibilities
Set out the recommended scope, dependencies and sequence of work. Define what MP Software would deliver, what your team or suppliers would need to provide, and who would own the system after handover.

What you receive
The proposal sets out the work included, the outputs and the acceptance criteria. Any development beyond that scope is agreed separately.

Discuss your projectCan you review a plan we have already developed?
Yes. We can review an existing brief, supplier proposal or prototype and focus on the questions that remain open. The engagement does not need to begin with a general AI assessment.
What is included in paid discovery?
We agree the processes or use cases to review, the information and people we need access to, and the written outputs. An AI Opportunity Assessment is one available engagement. The scope is agreed before work starts, and any subsequent development is a separate decision.
Can you work alongside our development team?
Yes. We can provide an independent review, prepare a brief for your team or take responsibility for a defined part of delivery. We agree technical ownership and the expected handover at the start.
What access will you need?
An initial conversation can use an overview of the process and systems. Before reviewing private data or environments, we agree access, permitted use and handling requirements with the people responsible for them.
Can you implement the recommendation?
Yes. We also develop Laravel applications, integrations and AI features. Implementation is scoped separately so you can review the findings, compare options and decide who should carry out the work.
Based in Birkenhead, working across the UK
We are based in Birkenhead and work with teams across the UK. Onsite sessions in Wirral, Liverpool and the surrounding area can be arranged where seeing the process or working with staff in person would help.
We can work with your technical and operations teams remotely or arrange onsite discovery in Wirral and Liverpool. The proposal confirms the format and any travel arrangements.
